IA of a 4000 page intranet for BAA. With an existing site to work from I was asked to refine the information and develop new labels and taxonomy.
I whittled thirteen level one sections down to seven and spent a week creating the content inventory, site map and wireframes.
The result was a site that was much easier to navigate, pages were easy to find without having to resort to endless searches and the site was much better utilised by staff.
